Mall hours are Mon. - Sat. 10 A.M. - 9 P.M. and Sun. Noon - 6 P.M.
Discover Gift Card - The new Tulsa Promenade Discover Gift Card makes a great gift and can be used at any store in the mall. They are available in any denomination over $15.00 and can be purchased at the Guest Services.
Wheelchairs - Available at the Customer Service Center. Wheelchairs provided at no cost.
Event and Promotion Information - Our Customer Service Center and in-mall signage will have the latest information on mall sponsored special events, gift-with-purchase promotions, and special holiday hours.
Lost & Found/Security Services - Our security staff can be reached through the Customer Service Center. Security maintains a complete log of lost and found items which covers all mall merchants and common areas. They will be happy to assist you with locating misplaced belongings or any other security related concerns you may have during your visit.
Fax & Copy - Availabe at the Customer Service Center for a small fee.
Kids Club - We have a kids club event the 2nd Saturday of every month with Radio Disney providing lots of singing and dancing. Kids Club Members recieve special offers from, Toy Kastle, Dairy Queen, and Great American Cookie.
Shopping Bags - Shop till you drop with one of our sturdy Tulsa Promenade shopping bags. Available at the Customer Service Center for .50 cents per bag.
Employment Opportunities - Our Customer Service Center maintains an updated list of the stores in our Mall that are looking for new employees.
Stroller Rental - Shopping really is kids play when you rent a brand new Kiddie Kruzzer at Tulsa Promenade. Strollers can be rented LL in front of Macy's or UP inside the Food Court. Cost: $5.00 with a $1.00 refund.
