Key Responsibilities:
- Tulsa Promenade Mall Office has an immediate opening for a Front Desk Receptionist. Successful candidates should demonstrate an energetic personality and be able to multi-task several different administrative functions including:
1) Answers, transfers telephone calls
2) Receives and distributes office and tenant mail
3) Performs records management
4) Coordinates and verifies tenant and vendor insurance
5) Makes copies, faxes and distributes
6) Greets, addresses tenant and customer problems and concerns
7) Arranges any package pickup
The candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) applications, be well organized and have at least one year general office experience.
